The Local Tow Truck Company Burnaby Calls First.
Alpha Tow was built on a simple idea: when you're stranded, you deserve a fast, honest, professional response — not a call centre runaround.
Built for the Roadside
Alpha Tow has spent over a decade serving drivers across Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Surrey and the wider Lower Mainland. What started as a single truck answering late-night calls has grown into a full towing and roadside assistance operation — but the principle hasn't changed: answer the phone, get there fast, treat every vehicle like it's our own.
We're not a national dispatch broker that subcontracts your emergency to whoever's closest. When you call Alpha Tow, you reach our dispatch, and we send our truck, driven by our operator. That's why our response times stay short and our reviews stay strong.
From a dead battery in a Metrotown parking garage to a collision recovery on the Burnaby Hwy 1 approach, from a flatbed tow for a Brentwood luxury car to a 3 AM fuel delivery in Edmonds — we cover the full range of roadside needs, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
